Response on Microsoft Survey
PETALUMA, CA (December 3, 2009)-

Software Corporation received an outstanding score
on the latest Microsoft-sponsored Net Satisfaction and
Customer Loyalty survey. The five key performance
indicators were in the areas of Customer Loyalty
Segmentation, Revenue Impact, Loyalty and Overall
Performance. AccountMate is proud to announce that it
received a PERFECT 100% score in the Net Satisfaction
and Customer Loyalty areas as a direct response from
their surveyed customers. These results bode well for
AccountMate Software products and its services as well
as validating the value of the strong Microsoft

In November, Microsoft sponsored this independent
survey to enable software manufacturers to get
information on the rate of satisfaction and loyalty of their
own customers. This result is meant to empower an
organization by being able to review their customers'
feedback.
